The real guide of how to survive in specific situations

I've called my blog "How to survive in our world"; even if it has to be taken in its ironic meaning, I've decided to write an article about survival techniques in some incongruous (or not) situations…

How to survive to a zombie apocalypse?
Because of all the different films and TV shows around this topic, some people have thought about what we should do if we are living a real invasion of zombies. First, we should do some reserves of food and especially equipment to survive (torch, knifes, matchsticks, etc…). It can also be a good solution to have a weapon but if you don’t have a gun, an ax can be enough. You should also try to stay clean, if you’re touching a zombie, it won’t be a nice feeling so take a soap or wipes with you. Of course, finding a safe place will be inevitable (a prison should be okay for that).
Also, in order to make sure the human race will still be alive, try to be with someone of the opposite gender ;)

How to survive to a hangover?
More probable to be useful, here is tips to fight the hangover. First, you have to drink a lot (not alcohol this time) since your body is dehydrated: water, grapefruit juice, soup or also smoothie, all these beverages will help you to fight your uneasiness. You should also proscribe fast foods and all fat foods which will increase the effects of your hangover, eat fruits and honey instead. Also, even if you just want to stay in bed, you definitely should go out and take a walk, it will wake up your body and regenerate it with endorphins that must have been clear off due to alcohol consumption.

How to survive to a shark attack?
Even if you’re not bound to meet sharks in the North Sea, the English Channel or the Irish Sea, it can still be helpful one day (even if I hope not for you). First, don’t go swimming alone too far from the shores, sharks have a tendency to attack isolated people, so stay with your friends please. Avoid to swim during the twilight and the daybreak as it’s the hunting period of sharks. If you’re bleeding and you’re not in a safe zone, go outside the water as sharks are able to smell blood from far away. But anyway, in general, avoid swimming in unsafe places.

See you :)
